• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms • Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating product and service knowledge • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the architecture and design sector • Present innovative product solutions aligned with client needs, design trends, applications, and budgets • Conduct product knowledge meetings, lunch-and-learns, design and development meetings, CEU presentations, company and industry events, and social media activities • Increase project win rate by following the New Development business process • Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the project lifecycle, from conception through completion • Develop and maintain a project opportunity pipeline focused on obtaining product specifications for new development multifamily projects • Develop deep product expertise and communicate product features and benefits • Use consultative selling to understand client challenges and objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies • Provide market insights to management to refine sales strategies and product offerings • Represent Caesarstone at trade shows, conferences, and networking events • Maintain CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management • Use Caesarstone systems and third-party tools to identify new project leads • Engage existing and potential customers through extensive regional travel • Work occasional weekends and overnight trips for customer meetings or events
• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Sales, or equivalency in experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of persuading/influencing others • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on architectural or design-related industries • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and trends • Ability to develop and deliver presentations, create, compose, and edit written materials • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing new business opportunities • Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be willing to travel • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel • Proficiency in using desktop computers and peripherals, necessitating manual dexterity • Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs may be required • Must reside in the San Francisco or Seattle area • Ability to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California
