📋 Description

• Perform conventional design engineering and analysis • Provide technical guidance on low- to medium-complexity projects • Develop, validate, and present technical outputs • Continue learning and applying departmental design guides, standards, systems, engineering codes, and company policies • Support quality programs, continuous improvement, and change management efforts • Engage with clients through meetings, conference calls, site visits, and project-related communication • Communicate client interests and drivers to project teams • Support business development by providing technical information for sales proposals • Support internal project teams and clients, including technical lead interactions, data requests, site visits, execution clarification, and comment reviews • Coordinate work details and task sequencing with other disciplines, internal staff, project managers, and clients • Collect, assimilate, and manage engineering data • Research and recommend equipment and materials • Prepare engineering deliverables, contract documents, project documents, and studies • Prepare complex engineering calculations • Identify and resolve problems within assigned areas or projects • Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements • Provide input to project resource planning • Assist with contract administration and project management duties • Complete expense reports and timesheets • Assist in developing project scope-of-work packages, including scope, schedule, and budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or better in Engineering • Professional Engineer certification preferred • 3–9 years of related work experience demonstrating continuous growth and knowledge expansion • Experience delivering 3–5 multifaceted construction projects simultaneously • Experience overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to project resources • Knowledge of departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes, and company policies and procedures • Understanding of industry knowledge and current changes • Understanding of and compliance with the company quality program • Ability to perform conventional design engineering and analysis • Ability to prepare complex engineering calculations using standard methods and principles • Ability to prepare engineering deliverables, contract documents, project documents, and studies with little to no supervision • Ability to understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements
