📋 Description

• Deliver improvements, efficiencies and standardization in project delivery and implementation • Work closely within the DMI team to deliver projects and implementations • Ensure detailed training/commissioning plan is created and communicated to customers after site survey • Perform site surveys • Install and implement software solutions • Train high-level and low-level users on how to set up and use systems • Support the team communicating projects to customers • Create successful workflows with both customers and colleagues delivering MIS services • Assist in systems commissioning with electrical engineers to prove software & hardware solutions are working correctly and as scoped

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field • Two years of experience in a related position in the print and/or packaging industries • Experience performing implementation/training • Experience with Project Management • Experience working in a ‘technical’ production process environment • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Information Systems (MIS), and Software Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL • Ability and willingness to travel domestically to various unanticipated employer and client locations up to 40%
