📋 Description

• Lead consultations with incoming leads to understand their goals, history, and motivations • Guide each prospect to the right coach and coaching package • Present pricing and help prospects make an informed decision • Follow up with prospects and answer questions throughout their decision-making process • Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine, demonstrable desire to help people become the best they can be • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong time management and organization • Coachable and able to apply feedback • Available to work 25–30 hours per week • Consultative sales experience preferred • Fitness background, including strength training and flexible dieting experience, preferred
