📋 Description

• Commute to customers’ homes and design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software • Measure, design, sell, and deliver personalized whole-home custom solutions • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business • Follow up continuously with customers • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure job completion • Participate in meetings and training sessions • Participate in business development events • Build professional relationships with interior designers and other industry professionals • Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of varying complexity in a dynamic environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in customer service or direct interaction with the public • Business development experience (a strong asset) • Interior design education is preferred • Experience working with interior designers or in a related industry is preferred • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience working with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices is required • Previous experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required • Creative yet meticulously detail-oriented, with a sense of craftsmanship • Excellent interpersonal skills • Dynamic personality and positive attitude
