📋 Description

• Proctor CVAC cases and independently cover procedures • Train surgical teams on safe and effective device use and instrument preparation • Provide clinical product assistance and intra-operative support to surgeons • Manage account inventory and administrative requirements • Maintain and prepare surgical equipment and kits, including quality-control audits • Troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures • Ensure received and returned inventory matches shipping documents • Reconcile inventory usage and missing inventory • Deliver procedural training to physicians and medical staff • Support physician training and sales training programs • Partner with the Territory Sales Manager on account setup, clinical engagement, case support, clinical outcomes, staff education, and residency education • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality policy, label promotion rules, and healthcare-professional interaction requirements • Collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams on case presentations and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing • Report to the Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical experience such as Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, or Laser Tech • Clinical Specialist II: Industry experience (1-3 years) • Clinical Specialist II: Prior employment as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or experience working with Mobile Litho Provider Companies • Clinical Specialist II: Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance • Clinical Specialist II: Willingness to travel outside of the designated territory • Sr. Clinical Specialist: 3+ years of full-time employment by a medical device company as a clinical specialist or comparable position focused on case coverage and patient outcomes • Sr. Clinical Specialist: Intraoperative Coaching Experience • Sr. Clinical Specialist: Fluent in Staff and Support Training • Sr. Clinical Specialist: Track record of success; urology experience preferred • Sr. Clinical Specialist: Understanding of the medical device industry • Sr. Clinical Specialist: Understanding of sales processes and training • Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room • Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus • Customer relationship and procedural skill development are highly desired • Degree or certification in a medical-related field is highly desirable • Able to travel by car up to 90% • Must have valid US driver's license • Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal rules regarding vaccinations • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
