📋 Description

• Review incoming payments to identify eligible payers for EDI, ERA, and EFT processing • Create enrollment requests and follow up to confirm approval and activation • Communicate with the clearinghouse to resolve any enrollment-related issues • Monitor billing and payment data from payers to identify and implement required updates • Execute payer-specific procedures to update billing information • Assist the payments department by contacting payers to request missing EOBs • Identify payments requiring additional documentation and coordinate with payers to obtain or reprocess EOBs

• Manage automated receipt of payments and EOBs from payers • Ensure payers have current billing and payment info • Create enrollment requests and follow up for approvals • Communicate with clearinghouse to resolve enrollment issues • Monitor billing and payment data • Execute payer-specific procedures to update billing info • Assist payments department by contacting payers for missing EOBs
