📋 Description

• Review cases concerning medication effectiveness, safety, cost, and treatment options • Review scientific research and assign letter grades for medication effectiveness • Supplement medication guidance with cost information • Help people find the best treatment option for their lifestyle • Review available cases on a flexible, self-directed schedule • Return an Ask a Pharmacist response within 24 hours • Communicate by phone with a doctor or patient when requested • Complete cases as an independent contractor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or related field • 3-5 years of experience in a clinical acute care/hospital setting or equivalent combination of education and experience • Pharmacy license • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice • Current pharmacist license in good standing, with no prior license revocation • Must be licensed in Utah • Successful completion of a pharmacy residency or advanced degree in a health-related field preferred • Pass a background check • Professional malpractice insurance and proof of insurance • Sign the Pharmacist Independent Contractor Master Agreement (ICMA) and privacy agreement (Business Associate Agreement) • Wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular, with minimum upload speed of 5Mb and minimum download speed of 10Mb • Access to a personal mobile device for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
