📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for the program manager and project team members to ensure project deliverables are communicated, tracked, and completed on time • Provide on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparation of materials and physical attendance for client site meetings • Engage with state staff and educators and manage concerns and inquiries • Prepare expense vouchers, travel reimbursements, and invoices and submit to CBO • Update ancillary documentation and support materials, including software user guides, administration manuals, and brochures • Organize and manage project components such as meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issue logs/tracking documents, and other project management artifacts • Coordinate software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications; track client feedback and internal team responses/resolutions • Liaise with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to routine and complex Help Desk cases • Assist with production and assembly of reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials • Collaborate with internal teams and state clients on statewide computer-based assessment program deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic • Experience with MS Office applications and Google Suite • Ability to travel up to 20% per quarter • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Must reside and work in the United States
