📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards and reports for Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales executives • Provide visibility into pipeline, bookings, renewals, product usage, campaign performance, and other key metrics • Develop and maintain consistent KPIs aligned with business definitions • Deliver recurring business performance reporting and forecasting for executive planning • Analyze revenue, customer, and operational data, including campaign attribution, account scoring, pipeline health, and retention/churn drivers • Explain why results occurred and turn findings into actionable recommendations through data storytelling • Handle ad hoc and confidential analysis requests • Use data warehouse marts and Tableau Cloud data sources, writing SQL to explore, validate, and combine data • Translate stakeholder needs into data requirements and metric definitions • Partner with Analytics Engineering on new or enhanced data models • Identify and escalate data quality issues and help establish reporting standards • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to understand goals, processes, and data • Scope requests, set timelines, and prioritize work with the Director of Data Strategy & Analytics • Contribute to self-service dashboards, AI agents, and conversational analytics tools • Support enablement through documentation, training, and office hours • Follow data and AI governance policies • Automate recurring work and apply tools and best practices to improve scale, efficiency, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, analytics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role • Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or business operations preferred • Advanced proficiency in Tableau or a comparable BI tool • Exceptional SQL skills for querying and validating data in a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift • Experience working with curated data models built by data or analytics engineering teams • Familiarity with dbt is a plus • Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and Excel • Experience producing business-driven dashboards and reports and developing meaningful KPIs • Experience with go-to-market analyses such as campaign attribution, account scoring, pipeline analysis, or retention/churn analysis • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus • Interest in or experience with AI-assisted analytics tools, such as AI agents, natural language query interfaces, or LLM-driven analytics • Experience within a SaaS B2B or B2G organization preferred • Curiosity, deductive and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Must work and reside within the US • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Ability to participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Note-taking tools, reference materials, and AI-powered tools are prohibited during interviews or other selection activities unless prior written approval is obtained
