• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 3+ years of proven experience creating and editing content for publication, or digital marketing roles with demonstrated involvement in content development, optimization, or messaging • Strong project management skills • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities • Experience working within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment • Experience using digital performance insights (e.g., SEO, paid media, or campaign reporting) to inform content decisions preferred
