• advanced [Masters or PhD] degree with experience in one or all of the following; Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases [CVRM], Rare diseases • A proven record or demonstrable ability to lead profitable projects that deliver value for clients • The ability to engage with existing and prospective clients, to understand their needs and win new business by recognizing commercial opportunities • Strong track record of leading new business pitches and winning work • Be able to lead and develop others to deliver high quality outputs and utilise industry expertise • Acquire significant knowledge to develop impactful and commercially relevant solutions for clients • Be able to balance your scientific background with strong commercial astuteness to achieve revenue and profitability targets • High levels of emotional intelligence, to develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues • A growth mindset, to thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment • skilled in leading your team through change programmes
