📋 Description

• Support and grade assignments for a group of 30–40 students in an 11-week online course • Act as a mentor and coach while students learn new skills and develop professionally • Attend lectures within the 11-week online course • Lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts • Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community • Communicate regularly with students and respond to messages promptly • Help students stay motivated and build strong academic habits • Support courses covering AWS, CompTIA, cybersecurity, data visualization, networking, IT, Linux, software project management, spreadsheets/databases, and web development • Collaborate closely with instructors as part of the instructional team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field • Experience teaching, tutoring, or training in technical subjects • Comfort using online education tools and platforms • Currently pursuing a graduate degree or working in a technical/business role (preferred) • Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, systems, or software (preferred) • Previous experience in online teaching or facilitation (preferred) • Willingness to TA for future quarters and/or multiple sections (preferred) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must complete required application materials, including resume and unofficial transcript
