📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Campus product • Deeply understand customers pain points and turn them into great products with a team of world-class engineers and designers • Consistently be able to break down and move from an ambiguous problem into a viable solution across a variety of projects and workstreams • Drive the high-velocity execution for one of the core user groups we serve at Campus, backed by data-driven decision making • Help thousands of students successfully earn their degree at Campus by expanding the capabilities of our product • Contribute to evolution of Campus product management practices as we scale • Get comfortable with rapid prototyping, and leveraging AI tooling in our workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or software experience, with a track record of shipping great work. • Strong customer empathy and design thinking • Low ego, high EQ, and a strong collaborator. • Fluency in data and making data-driven product decisions, while also trusting your gut • You know how to ruthlessly prioritize, think clearly about trade-offs • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Move fast, can tackle ambiguous problems, and sweat the details
