• Lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of complex programs and initiatives • Ensure programs integrate evidence-based approaches that address emotional, social, and practical needs • Collaborate with internal teams, Network Partners, and stakeholders to implement and expand programs • Oversee the integration and training of Community Health Workers • Strengthen program delivery through oversight of reporting, contracts, and budget tracking • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, consultants, and partners
• Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences (e.g., Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related health services or social science field) • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in psychosocial program development and management • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, budget oversight, and resource stewardship • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • Experience with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com) • CITI training certificate, or completion of CITI training within 3 months of hire, required
