📋 Description

• Manage telephone, electronic, and face-to-face customer interactions • Present and discuss products and services accurately with external and internal customers • Resolve concerns on the first call to support customer retention and enhance the member experience • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships • Ensure customer needs are met promptly, avoiding escalation when possible • Support CBC sales representatives through onsite and/or community-based educational meetings if business needs permit • Meet quality, productivity, schedule-adherence, handle-time, and behavior expectations • Complete ongoing training on products, services, and policy changes • Recognize, document, and alert supervisors to trends in customer calls • Use Salesforce, Facets, Bridges Workflow, Microsoft Office, Availity, NICE InContact Workbench, Prime RxClaims, and TruCare

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience • Basic reading and arithmetic skills, including reading and math comprehension • Above-average verbal and written communication skills • Competency in internet browsers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to provide positive, cooperative, effective customer service through multiple channels • Ability to actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and de-escalate upset callers • Strong attention to detail and interest in preventing errors • Ability to collaborate, multitask, adapt quickly, accept feedback, and learn from guidance • Ability to meet quality, productivity, schedule, handle-time, and behavior expectations • High School Diploma or GED required • Flexibility to work varied shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., any day of the week • Minimum home internet speed of approximately 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload per person • Home internet latency under 150 ms; satellite internet typically insufficient • Ability to work over 40 hours per week • Knowledge of company products for up-selling • Recent telecommuting experience is a plus
