📋 Description

• Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success • Improve and integrate new product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners • Drive cross-functional execution within Capital One Shopping • Manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor associates • Develop and implement product and pricing strategies • Lead product-level data modeling and analytics • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for retail-distributed products • Build targeted insights for new customer experiences, technology, and go-to-market strategies • Improve credit performance through consumer credit trend analysis, risk models, hypothesis testing, monitoring, and analysis • Manage and sequence business-intent delivery, build business requirements, and execute product strategy • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other colleagues to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis • At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis • At least 2 years of experience performing people management • At least 2 years of experience performing project management • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI • Strong strategic and analytical orientation • Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity • Solid people leadership experience • Strong executive communication skills • Clear results orientation • Successful track record in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment • Preferred: Master’s Degree • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in financial services • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in consulting • Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization
