• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability • Manage and mentor a team of analysts • Develop and implement new processes and tooling with engineering • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement • Utilize strategic and analytic orientation for decision making and problem solving
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis • At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis • At least 2 years of experience performing people management • At least 2 years of experience performing project management • Experience with AI-driven development environments • Solid people leadership experience • Strong executive communication skills
