📋 Description

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability • Manage and develop 1-2 analysts • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various products • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build targeted insights • Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent and oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to enhance quality, service, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred • 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred • 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred • 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred • 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
