• Capstone Direct is adding to the team and looking for few Remote Mortgage Loan Officers! • We keep it simple, our core principles are built around having a positive, high energy & family style environment while doing everything in our power to reach our highest income potential. • If you are an amazing loan officer but to also looking manage your own team and earn additional income as a team leader or sales manager, we can help. • You will have direct access to the CEO of the company, your ideas and suggestions are valued here.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be NMLS licensed and 1+ years CURRENT experience • Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history • Closing at least 3 residential home loans a month on average • Must have an established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads
