📋 Description

• Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac/pulmonary rehab patients according to our clinical protocols. • Manage a caseload of patients in our Phase 3 maintenance program, driving adherence, patient satisfaction, and continued progress for patients who have graduated from our Phase 2 program. • Be responsible for responding to alerts and improving adherence to patients participation in vitals monitoring as part of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. • Review SpO2 readings from patients participating in our Overnight Pulse Oximetry Monitoring (ONPO) program. • Complete necessary documentation and billing claims for Phase 3 rehab sessions, RPM encounters, and ONPO reports. • Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues. • Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model. • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients. • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients. • Take pride in delivering high quality care for patients going through our rehab program. • Provide support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master’s preferred) • ACSM certification (preferred) • Minimum 1+ years of relevant clinical experience and top performance working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility. • Possess strong anatomy and physiology skills • Above average proficiency working with mobile technology • Great interpersonal skills that foster a caring environment for patients. • Diligence and organization with the ability to create and adhere to repeatable processes. • Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early stage startup (ie self-driven). • Attention to detail • Bonus Points Spanish language proficiency • Experience working in clinical studies • Remote work experience
