📋 Description

• Own end-to-end clinical operations across all Carda programs • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing remote clinical team • Develop and enforce clinical SOPs, compliance frameworks, and accreditation standards • Partner closely with Growth and Partnerships to support program launches • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on clinical needs • Define, track, and report on clinical KPIs • Serve as a key external-facing clinical voice with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations • Demonstrated success building and scaling clinical programs, ideally in a digital health or virtual care environment • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing clinical teams in a remote environment • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution • Data-driven mindset with experience owning clinical quality metrics and outcomes reporting • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
