📋 Description

• Work alongside a designated Loan Originator or Production Team in a sales environment • Provide support to customers, Loan Originators, Production Leaders, and Operations partners • Make outbound calls to clients and provide mortgage assistance • Calculate income and perform miscellaneous administrative, deadline-based tasks • Review loan applications, supporting documentation, and credit authorization • Maintain current understanding of loan program guidelines, pricing, policies, and procedures • Document client conversations in loan origination software and follow up in CRM • Provide daily/weekly status updates on files in progress to the Loan Originator/Production Team, Leadership, and clients • Communicate status updates and escalate issues and opportunities appropriately • Assist clients with using the Origination system (Octane) • Collect and submit/file vendor validations from borrowers • Maintain positive relationships with internal departments and external contacts • Process borrower documents accurately and timely according to internal protocols • Perform tasks assigned by the Loan Originator or Production Leader • Partner closely with Operations to ensure a smooth and accurate loan process • Schedule new leads, appointments, and client calls • Respond to client questions and concerns according to team/department SLA expectations • Perform research and administrative duties supporting the Loan Originator/Production Team • Ensure loan Turn Time requirements are achieved

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required • NMLS License preferred • 1-3 Years experience in Customer Service/Customer-Facing role is preferred • 0-2 Years experience working within the Mortgage Industry is preferred • Basic understanding of financial documents, i.e. assets, income, and credit is preferred • Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities • Ability to adapt well to change, take direction, and comprehend training • Fast-paced individual with exceptional analytical and computer skills • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-faceted, fast paced, ever changing environment • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated organizational skills • Ability to work closely within a team structure • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel • Working knowledge of Encompass software system a plus • Ability to execute and interpret AUS, evaluate findings, and work accordingly
