📋 Description

• Manage client engagements with Zoho training, implementation and custom development • Managing client expectations and setting goals • Manage client communications effectively and on time. • Ensure client success via training and walkthroughs • Implement solutions across various Zoho One applications • Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to: Content creation on YouTube for Zoho Projects • Community engagement • Internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices • Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems • Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps) • Strong understanding of REST API • Experience managing organizational change efforts • Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language for workflow automation • Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: Projects, CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Projects (preferred) • Self-starter with robust communication skills
