📋 Description

• Deliver high-value insights to improve Service Center performance, efficiency, and customer experience • Integrate call center metrics and project reporting expertise with analytical skills • Produce scalable reporting and conduct deep-dive analytics • Support operational strategies and projects • Apply advanced analytical methods to solve complex operational problems • Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches • Identify trends, relationships, and root causes within large datasets • Build efficient, scalable data models and workflows • Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement sustainable fixes • Connect analytics to business outcomes, operational strategies, and customer experience • Anticipate emerging risks and opportunities based on data • Communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences • Create visualizations and narratives that influence decisions • Collaborate with Operations, WFM, Technology, and project teams • Define requirements, deliver insights, and support initiatives • Develop creative, data-driven solutions and test new approaches and tools • Manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision • Support junior analysts and provide guidance, feedback, and best practices • Contribute to policies, reporting standards, processes, and continuous improvement • Lead complex, large-scope analytical initiatives with minimal guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • 4-8 years of experience, preferred • Preferred expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions) • Hive and Hadoop-based environments • Tableau dashboards, data modeling, and user experience design • Alteryx workflows, data blending, and automation • Strong knowledge of call center operations, metrics, forecasting, and telephony platforms (e.g. Genesys, Verint), preferred • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights, preferred • Ability to perform in depth analysis on call center metrics (AHT, service levels, occupancy, shrinkage, adherence, call routing, customer behavior) to identify trends and opportunities, preferred • Ability to build and optimize data workflows and pipelines to improve data accessibility and quality • Capability to do storytelling, visualization, and business-friendly communication • Comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities • Strong technical and analytical expertise • Ability to lead complex, large-scope analytical initiatives with minimal guidance • Ability to work with autonomy and receive high-level direction on new or strategic projects
