📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end architecture, strategic roadmap, and solution designs for Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functions across the Pharmaceutical Segment • Own and govern end-to-end business process architectures spanning procurement, inventory management, supply chain logistics, and finance touchpoints • Own supply chain architecture vision and roadmaps across procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier collaboration • Enforce SAP fit-to-standard principles and minimize customizations and technical debt • Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized SAP designs • Complete effort estimates, prepare proposals, and collaborate with functional partners to deliver business solutions • Design interfaces and data flows connecting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA with Manhattan WMS, Kinaxis, TMS, and other platforms • Lead design reviews and alignment sessions with supply chain, procurement, sales operations, and finance leaders • Partner with enterprise architecture on supply chain and procure-to-pay roadmaps • Ensure designs comply with SOX and audit controls • Assess legacy landscapes and define S/4HANA migration, greenfield, or hybrid transformation paths • Oversee testing strategies, cutover plans, post-go-live stabilization, and Hypercare activities • Guide functional analysts and advise executive leadership on technology roadmaps and platform investments • Provide leadership and direction during problem solving and crisis management • Influence internal and external clients to leverage out-of-the-box solutions and reduce customizations • Execute strategic direction and priority goals set by the segment

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience targeted • Deep functional expertise in SAP ECC • Deep hands-on knowledge of Procure-To-Pay and Supply Chain Execution domains • Experience with SAP S/4HANA modules MM, EWM, and TM preferred but not required • Strong experience translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions • Prior experience in Planning, Purchasing, and supply chain functions within S/4HANA Enterprise is a plus • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics integration, and control frameworks • Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus • Strong experience completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners • Prior experience collaborating with highly skilled onsite and offshore teams preferred • Ability to develop individuals and teams preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills
