📋 Description

• Manage, develop and coordinate delivery and maintenance of technology solutions, including Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud, Agentic Salesforce, Gemini and Claude AI solutions • Participate in AI Enablement and integration initiatives • Adhere to Agile processes • Ensure accurate and consistent use of Run and Build project-tracking applications such as ServiceNow and Jira • Communicate technical issues and solution status to business owners, technology owners, peers, team members and vendors • Monitor and maintain application platform environments • Write functional specifications, functional unit testing, technical specifications and technical unit testing with Business and IT stakeholders • Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them • Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, required • Ability to understand business needs, relate to AI solutions and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to multi-level audiences required • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to ask probing questions, participate in cross-functional meetings and provide clear status reports to technical and non-technical team members and executives • 2-4 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Working experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, Jira, Gearset, Github, Checkmarx, Dell Boomi, APIGEE, Attunity, Kafka, Gemini, Claude, a plus • Basic understanding of Agentic solutions/applications, including but not limited to Gemini, Claude, Salesforce, preferred
