• Receive new patient referrals from clients • Create charts for all new patients • Input medical information in new chart • Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable • Foster relationships with their team to ensure the CareHarmony culture is positive and supportive. • Other duties as applies
🎯 Requirements
• Great attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Excellent professional presence when dealing with colleagues • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines. • Fundamental Skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Medical Assistant certificate must be active and in good standing
