📋 Description

• Translate high-level creative visions into execution plans, story suggestions, outlines, and finalized scripts • Oversee the pre-production lifecycle, including shot lists, scene concepts, scheduling, and storyboards • Direct physical video shoots on-set or partner with an on-set director • Collaborate with talent, designers, cinematographers, editors, crew members, and cross-functional stakeholders • Manage post-production revision cycles and editorial reviews • Ensure final narrative structure matches the original pre-production vision • Manage end-to-end video production pipelines from concept to finalization • Maintain brand alignment and story integrity • Organize assets and handle cross-functional alignment and other production management duties • Travel for on-location field productions and video shoots

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of verified, hands-on experience working as a video producer, director, or creative lead within a professional video production house, creative agency, or corporate media environment • Expertly translate high-level creative concepts into actionable production blueprints • Experience generating innovative story suggestions and writing finalized scripts from basic outlines • Experience overseeing pre-production, including shot lists, production timelines, and visual storyboards • Ability to manage physical film sets and direct on-screen talent • Ability to collaborate with cinematographers, designers, and crew members • End-to-end understanding of the video production lifecycle • Healthcare or clinical content production experience strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting production environment • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Willing and able to travel for on-location field productions and video shoots once or twice per month, occasionally on short notice • Current, comprehensive portfolio or video demo reel demonstrating strong narrative structure, high production value, and ability to execute a creative vision • Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
