📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting health screenings and research studies • Perform comprehensive project evaluation, planning, timeline development, and analysis • Coordinate and manage project activities while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards • Foster collaboration and communication among marketing, delivery, clinical, and external partners • Mentor and manage senior analysts • Lead the program team to ensure effective program delivery • Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness • Prepare reports to evaluate and track program performance • Address and resolve participant or program-related concerns • Continuously improve the program participant experience • Stay current with advancements in health and clinical research and integrate new knowledge into program development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading research programs • Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred • 7 years of experience in clinical research or a related field • Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment • Must be able to work remotely within the United States • Care Access is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
