📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to streamline operations • Identify and implement strategies to optimize business processes • Develop and manage projects aimed at improving associate satisfaction • Oversee cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies • Manage a team of analysts and business optimization associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field • Minimum of 4 years of project management-related experience • Minimum 4 years of resource optimization subject matter expertise • Strong leadership skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience working in a highly matrixed global environment • Fluent in English • Project management certification (PMP) preferred
