📋 Description

• Represent employee clients in state and federal court hearings, oral arguments, mediations, and trial proceedings • Formulate and respond to comprehensive written discovery • Prepare for, take, and defend depositions of clients, opposing witnesses, and corporate representatives • Draft pleadings, motions for class certification, oppositions to motions for summary judgment, and appellate briefs • Partner with trial teams to drive strategy across complex wage-and-hour and class action litigation • Travel occasionally for court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Oregon • 5+ years of civil litigation experience in Oregon • Proven track record in motion practice, depositions, oral advocacy, and discovery management • Prior experience with wage and hour litigation, class actions, and complex civil litigation strongly preferred • Exceptional legal research skills • Persuasive writing skills • Courtroom presence • Strong client advocacy
