• Manage medical and surgical ICU patients and practice at the top of their license • Obtain a medical history, physical exam, document findings, and prepare a plan of care • Order medications and appropriate tests/procedures • Attend, participate in and contribute to group/practice meetings • Development of policies and procedures and quality improvement initiatives
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) must be Acute Care Board Certified • Candidates must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) • Minimum of three years of recent critical care experience practicing as an NP or PA • Actively working in a critical care setting • Demonstrate strong clinical expertise in the management of critically ill patients • Will require WI & IL licensure
