📋 Description

• Provide virtual therapy services to students while in school • Support students in grades 5–12 and their families • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care according to identified needs • Manage clients in crisis using therapeutic skills and assessment techniques • Write treatment plans based on diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation • Write discharge plans and follow through with the termination process • Collaborate with guardians and community agencies for effective service delivery • Complete patient care assignments and document patient care and responses accurately in medical records • Complete accurate and timely billing information • Design, plan, and implement patient education • Maintain communication and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school of graduate education required • Full licensure in the state of Georgia required • 2 years clinical experience required • CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapist working in inpatient psychiatric setting • Ability to provide virtual therapy services to students in grades 5–12 • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care • Ability to manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques • Ability to write treatment and discharge plans • Ability to collaborate with guardians, community agencies, and healthcare teams • Accurate medical-record documentation and billing
