📋 Description

• Perform advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management • Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; provide recommendations for process improvements • Mentor accounting staff, provide financial systems training, and support professional development within the finance team • Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
