📋 Description

• Transfer, organize, label, and maintain video content from Nuxeo into SharePoint, MediaValet, and other digital asset platforms • Maintain and regularly update a master spreadsheet tracking past, current, and future video projects, including project status, available footage, transcripts, captions, editing progress, deadlines, and final deliverables • Organize and archive large video projects while maintaining accurate records of file locations and access methods • Download, upload, transfer, and organize large video files according to BYU-Pathway’s video production and storage processes • Support BYU-Pathway Worldwide’s video production and digital outreach efforts • Help communicate BYU-Pathway’s mission and impact through video content

🎯 Requirements

• Must have very fast, reliable high-speed internet capable of downloading, uploading, and managing large video files • Excellent planning, organizing, time management, and communications skills • Ability to work consistently with detailed spreadsheets and tracking documents using Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets • Ability to proactively overcome obstacles with minimal supervision • Basic understanding of video production, digital media, or the process of creating and managing video content • Must reside in Utah or Idaho • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy • Studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Arts, Project Management, or related fields (preferred) • Experience with video production team workflows (preferred) • Knowledge of SharePoint, MediaValet, Nuxeo, or similar digital storage platforms (preferred) • Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills (preferred) • Submit a short statement explaining interest in video production, digital media, organization, or project management and fit for the role
