📋 Description
• Complete onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical new hires, promotions, and transfers. • Provide tier 2 technical support for internal and external careers sites. • Create new employee records in employee database. • Coordinate position code creation process and monitor approval process. • Ensure critical information remains confidential and protect personal information. • Liaise between multiple departments including HR teams both inside and outside of the Service Center.
🎯 Requirements
• Two (2) plus years of experience in an administrative role within Human Resources, Recruiting, or Onboarding. • Two (2) plus years of experience processing high volume hiring/onboarding within a healthcare organization preferred. • High School Diploma/GED. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related area preferred.
