📋 Description
• Educate and engage retail sales staff, generating excitement and teaching about brands, products, and sales techniques • Showcase HOKA brands in stores and at expos, soliciting sales to consumers • Identify opportunities with new and existing consumer groups in the field • Strategize with the Field Experience Manager to align with regional and brand goals, executing territory plans • Own and create seasonal territory support strategies that align with broader directives • Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity for retailers and consumers, planning effective schedules and participating in team calls • Stay current on industry trends, products, and communications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record • Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships • Familiarity with HOKA products • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills • Proven record of follow-through • Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel • Ability to prioritize workflow • Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required occasionally to move materials or equipment
