• Provide complex compensation consultative services to Human Resources and leadership for assigned areas • Conduct job evaluation and competitive pay analysis • Design and implement compensation solutions, programs, and initiatives • Conduct benchmarking, market research, and statistical analyses • Consult with client groups on compensation policies and programs • Conduct job evaluations, review job levels, assess new job title requests, and update job descriptions • Manage and administer compensation projects and programs • Identify process improvement opportunities and support compensation best practices • Prepare costing analyses, ad hoc reports, and compensation reporting • Participate in the annual wage planning process • Monitor labor market trends and recommend salary structure and pay practice updates • Maintain and audit compensation data in the HR system • Provide compensation guidance, training, and regulatory updates • Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, and organizational leadership on complex operational issues and compensation-related changes • Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• High school diploma/GED • Five (5) years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation or HR Business Partner with at least three (3) dedicated years in Compensation • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare-related environment is preferred
