📋 Description

• Provide advanced operational and application build expertise for Epic MyChart • Complete routine and occasionally more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes • Focus on medium to large projects, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation • Collaborate with internal and external team members • Design and optimize the MyChart platform to increase patient happiness • Drive patient engagement through the patient portal • Run queries to report on various metrics • Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours end-user support • Develop and monitor testing scenarios and methodologies to demonstrate system efficiency • Prepare and maintain documentation on testing plans

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) plus years of experience with Epic MyChart build/implementation, optimization, and support • MyChart experience with Direct/Open scheduling, e-Check in, Patient Questionnaires, TeleHealth (e-visits, video visits, etc.), MyChart mobile app, Result Release, or similar projects • Epic reporting and data analytics knowledge a plus • Experience with Epic Ambulatory and/or other Epic modules, preferred • High School Diploma/GED required • Epic MyChart certification required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field (preferred) • Epic certification in Cadence, Ambulatory and/or other Epic modules, preferred
