📋 Description

• Support analytical aspects of business products and services life cycles within a sub-product scope • Collaborate with customers to understand data, reporting, and analytical capability needs • Gather project and data specifications • Create data sets, operational reports, analytical deliverables, and dashboards • Translate high-level business data needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements • Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and process-improvement opportunities • Create and execute test cases • Provide root cause analysis and corrective action plans • Verify delivery of customer data needs and ensure quality delivery • Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues • Work with senior team members, customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the data delivery lifecycle • Support testing of data and report delivery requirements, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management • Assure compliance with required standards and approvals • Communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management • Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews • Report project status, enable vendor solutions, and provide concise documentation • Analyze market trends for competitive insights and business value statements as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual/access requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or relevant experience and/or education determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree • Required experience in Information Systems and Technology • Basic analytical skills • Basic problem-solving skills • Basic communication skills • Report writing • SQL • Python • Airflow • Ability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, federal and state laws, rules, and regulations • Ability to protect confidential customer information • No required licenses or certifications • Travel requirement: 0%–25%
