• High School Diploma/GED • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) • 7 years of clinical, case management, or disease/condition management experience • Advanced training in CBT, motivational interviewing, or DBT (preferred) • Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure (required) • Certification in Case Management (preferred)
