📋 Description

• Direct and provide nutrition care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring • Perform individualized patient assessments and reassessments • Develop, document, and monitor nutritional plans of care according to individualized assessments and professional standards • Provide nutrition education and educational programs for patients and staff • Complete documentation and reports according to procedures and established practice • Develop, implement, and monitor tools to maintain and improve nutrition care for patients, staff, and the community • Perform other assigned or required duties • Comply with HIPAA, privacy, information security, legal, ethical, and company policy requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition • Experience within specialty practice • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD), or eligibility with required attainment within six months of hire • Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN), or eligibility with required attainment within nine months of hire • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate • Compliance with HIPAA, privacy, information security, legal, ethical, and company policy requirements
