📋 Description

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting • Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing • Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools • Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis • Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness • Build client relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration • Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives • Coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads • Translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts • Protect confidential customer information and comply with HIPAA and company security policies

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively • 3 years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations • 3 years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC • Ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads • Leadership experience in large healthcare transformation, data migration, MDM, data warehouse, or integration programs • Healthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms • Experience with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and JSON, XML, or file validation • Familiarity with Splunk or Dynatrace • Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality expectations • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Relevant experience and/or education may substitute for a bachelor's degree, as determined by the company • Position requires compliance with HIPAA, data-security guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws
