📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain data processes and solutions for efficient data movement and transformation • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data warehouses for business intelligence and analytics • Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data solutions • Monitor work against production schedules, provide progress updates, and report issues to lead developers • Implement and manage data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance • Collaborate on data security measures including access controls, encryption, and data masking • Mentor associate and intermediate data engineers • Perform data analysis and provide insights for departmental decision-making • Monitor industry trends and recommend data engineering tools and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen due to contractual/access requirements • 5 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns in building and deploying scalable, highly available systems • 5 years of experience in a data engineering, ETL development, or data management role • 5 years of experience with SQL and database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB • 5 years of experience with data warehousing concepts and solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • Must comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and training requirements • Ability to design and implement large-scale data sources • Ability to mentor junior data engineers • Willingness to learn additional data development technologies and languages • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments
