📋 Description
• Oversee strategies and planning for the CDI Program • Promote effective review of physician documentation • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Provide ongoing Clinical Documentation management program education • Develop and manage departmental budgets
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors in Health Information Management or Nursing • Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare experience • At least 5 years of CDI, nursing, or HIM leadership experience • Advanced clinical expertise and extensive knowledge of complex disease processes • Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures
