• Provide strategic leadership and operation oversight of all information technology systems and CRM platforms supporting enrollment management • Ensure the effective use of technology, data, and system integrations to optimize recruitment, admissions, financial awarding and disbursing, and other enrollment management processes • Manage CRM systems: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the University’s robust enrollment management CRM • Provide strategic vision and enhancement planning to enrollment technologies and platforms • Collaborate with other Enrollment Management teams to support, analyze and streamline admissions and recruitment workflows • Supervise and mentor IT and CRM staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education, Business, or related field • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in CRM administration, IT systems, or enrollment management • Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and SIS platforms (Banner preferred) • Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, ARGOS, etc.) • Work experience which provided analytical and technical skills
