• Report to the Chief People Officer and lead the design, management, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs • Lead day-to-day strategy and execution of HR systems, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs • Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with company growth, talent priorities, and financial objectives • Advise HR Business Partners, HR leadership, business leaders, Finance, Legal, and the PX team on compensation and benefits • Manage job architecture, salary structures, incentive plans, pay-for-performance philosophy, and executive compensation analysis • Lead annual merit, bonus, equity, and compensation planning cycles • Conduct market analyses and benchmarking for internal equity and external competitiveness • Design and manage health, wellness, retirement, absence, and wellbeing programs • Lead benefits governance, vendor strategy, plan performance, and open enrollment • Oversee total rewards delivery, audits, renewals, vendors, payroll operations, HRIS data accuracy, and process integrity • Use HRIS data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making, pay equity analysis, workforce insights, and operational efficiency • Establish metrics and dashboards and translate insights into recommendations • Develop employee communications and build manager capability around rewards programs • Lead, develop, and mentor a global total rewards team • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with demonstrated leadership of teams and programs • Proven experience designing and managing compensation and benefits programs in complex organizations • Strong understanding of compensation governance, equity plan administration, and regulatory compliance • Experience in a high-growth, transformation, or M&A environment • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benefits design, and program governance • Strong financial and analytical acumen • Ability to leverage data, analytics, and HR technology to drive efficiency and insights • Experience collaborating with global teams; India and/or EU preferred • Extensive HRIS knowledge; Dayforce experience preferred • Excellent influencing and communication skills • Preferred: technology or SaaS experience • Preferred: modernization or transformation of total rewards programs or processes • Preferred: AI, automation, or advanced analytics familiarity • CCP or equivalent certification preferred • MBA preferred
