đź“‹ Description

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs • Shape a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy supporting attraction, retention, and motivation of talent in a high-growth SaaS environment • Oversee benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, leave, and voluntary programs • Evaluate and enhance benefit offerings for competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee needs • Partner with brokers, vendors, and internal teams on renewals, compliance, and employee communications • Lead RFP and renewal processes, negotiate contracts and rates, and ensure service delivery • Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including system readiness, employee education, and post-enrollment audits • Develop employee communication strategies about benefits offerings and changes • Develop and refine compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans across levels and geographies • Lead annual compensation cycles covering merit, bonus, market adjustments, and promotions • Advise on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility • Align compensation strategy with Career Pathing programs • Own end-to-end equity administration and maintain accurate equity records and cap table • Process equity grants, terminate unvested grants, and support repurchase processes with Legal and private equity partners • Communicate approved equity grants and recommend new grants for Compensation Committee approval • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations and administer compensation fairly • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis • Oversee HRIS and compensation systems, system enhancements, and process improvements • Manage Total Rewards reporting, analytics, dashboards, compliance reports, and executive insights • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of compensation and benefits data • Lead, coach, and develop a small Total Rewards team while remaining hands-on • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition/HR Business Partners, IT, vendors, business leaders, functional VPs, and ELT • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, Head of People & Culture and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading Total Rewards programs and/or teams • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 500+ employees • Experience in a company with at least $200m in revenue • Deep knowledge of compensation design, job leveling, benchmarking, and equity programs • Experience running a self-insured medical plan • Proven track record of implementing scalable, equitable, and data-driven rewards strategies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong service orientation • Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel to organize information, identify trends, and support decision-making • Experience with ADP (preferred) • Implementing or utilizing AI tools (preferred) • Experience with compensation planning tools (preferred) • Reliable internet access and ability to maintain a productive, professional home office environment • Standard business hours expected, with flexibility based on time zone differences and business needs • Occasional extended hours may be required during peak planning or execution periods
