• Be the front-line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. • Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. • Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events. • Provide education of Honeywell products through technical presentations. • Maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. • Provide competitive intelligence and market trends. • Provide forecasts/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning. • Help win complex deals with Master Systems Integrator programs for Smart, Healthy Building. • Manage all aspects of engagements with new customers across geographic responsibilities. • Deliver complex projects with a world-class team that adds value to customers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Datacenters project sales or technical sales. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas. • Experience in operating within a highly structured sales environment. • Travel requirements will be approximately 50% • Experience selling projects into the Datacenter space- tier 2(mid-tier) level corporations Building Automation, Security and Life Safety industry experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment. • 7+ years of proven sales professionals with a highly technical background and solution selling approach. • Demonstrates high-energy and competitive mindset. • Builds trust and credibility at all levels of the customers’ organization, including decision makers across the customers’ business functions and c-suite. • Demonstrates expertise in business acumen, sales systems, and processes.
